Standard cancellation terms
More than 60 days before departure
Full refund — 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
31 to 60 days before departure
Partial refund — 50% of the amount charged will be refunded.
30 days or less before departure
No refund — cancellations within this period are non-refundable.
Flexible Policy

Full refund — 100% of the amount paid will be returned.
15 to 30 days before departure
Partial refund — 50% of the amount charged will be refunded.
7 days or less before departure
No refund — cancellations within this period are non-refundable.
Free Cancellation Policy
Maximum flexibility — cancel anytime
Cancel anytime before departure
Full refund — 100% of the amount paid will be returned, no questions asked. This policy gives you complete peace of mind when booking.
Important Information
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- If Kayaktor or the operator cancels the trip, you will receive a full refund regardless of timing.
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a price difference.
- Each tour page indicates which policy (Regular, Flexible, or Free Cancellation) applies to that specific tour.
- If a tour is cancelled by the operator, you will receive a full refund regardless of the timeline.
- Modifications to booking dates or group size may be requested by contacting the operator through the messaging system.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.
